Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate focused on the ANZ & UK markets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong client relationships. The associate will execute calls and email campaigns, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding. Regular market research, performance tracking, and providing input to optimize business strategies will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, including lead generation, account management, and sales strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client relationship management
- Analytical and research skills for market analysis and strategy development
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email campaigns, and sales tracking processes
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience or interest in educational technology or the ANZ & UK markets is an advantage
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
