Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate focused on the ANZ & UK markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients. You will manage inbound and outbound communication channels, conduct market research, and support tailored outreach strategies. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, track sales targets, and present impactful business proposals to prospective stakeholders. Executing follow-ups and ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients will also be essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Expertise in market research, lead generation, and customer relationship management
- Ability to develop customized business strategies and effectively deliver presentations
- Familiarity with CRM tools and business productivity software
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple projects independently
- A proactive and goal-oriented approach toward problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in business development, sales, or B2B/B2C markets (preferably in the education or ed-tech sector)
- Knowledge of ANZ & UK markets and customer behavior is a plus
- Flexibility to work in different time zones for market outreach
