Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Associate focusing on the ANZ & UK markets. The role involves identifying and connecting with prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and driving enrollment growth. Responsibilities include designing and executing strategic outreach plans, presenting Bhanzu’s offerings effectively, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. Additional tasks may involve conducting market research, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support Bhanzu’s expansion goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in client outreach, lead generation, and relationship management
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and act on business opportunities
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with the ANZ and UK education markets is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Prior experience in education technology or a related field is an advantage
