Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Associate at NextMantra AI. The selected candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, conducting in-depth market research to evaluate trends, and actively engaging with potential clients. Responsibilities also include delivering compelling business presentations, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategies for achieving revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to craft and deliver persuasive Presentations
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration
- Ability to analyze market trends and industry needs for identifying growth opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and market analysis software is advantageous
- Proactive, result-oriented, and adaptable with a strong ability to work in a team environment
