About CareNav
CareNav is an AI-powered platform that helps hospitals streamline cashless and reimbursement claims by automating document validation, improving claim readiness, and reducing insurer/TPA queries — ultimately enabling faster approvals and smoother discharge workflows.
We are currently expanding our hospital partnerships across India and are seeking Business Development Associates to help introduce CareNav to hospitals and drive early pilot momentum.
Role: Business Development Associate – Hospital Partnerships
📍 Location: Open across India (field-heavy role)
🕒 Engagement: Full-time / Part-time
🚀 Start: Immediate / Short notice preferred
You will act as CareNav’s local growth operator, helping us build hospital relationships, introduce the product, and convert pilot opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with hospitals in your region to introduce CareNav
• Leverage your existing hospital relationships to initiate discussions with billing teams, PCS desks, and hospital leadership
• Conduct product walkthroughs and demos for hospital stakeholders
• Drive pilot onboarding and early adoption at partner hospitals
• Act as the local bridge between CareNav and hospital teams during early deployments
• Capture structured feedback from hospital users and share operational insights with the core team
• Support regional expansion conversations with hospital management
• Identify high-potential departments and use cases to ensure pilot success
• Coordinate closely with the CareNav team on outreach pipeline, demos, and conversion progress
Who Should Apply
We are looking for candidates with strong hospital ecosystem exposure and comfort with business development conversations.
Must-have
• 2–4 years of experience in TPA / Hospital Billing / Cashless Claims / Reimbursement / Hospital BD roles
• Good understanding of hospital insurance workflows and claims processes
• Ability to build relationships with hospital billing teams and management
• Comfortable with sales discussions and in-person hospital meetings
• Fluent in English and the local language of the region you operate in
Good to have
• Existing hospital network in your region
• Prior experience in hospital partnerships or healthcare sales
• Exposure to HIS or hospital billing systems
• Experience working with TPAs or insurers
