Business Development Associate – Clinic Partnerships (Intern)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven, sharp, and articulate Business Development Associate to lead clinic partnerships across India.
This role is for someone who can:
- Hold intelligent, high-trust conversations with doctors
- Communicate a bold, future-defining vision
- And convert conversations into real partnerships
This is NOT a beginner role.
We want individuals who can take ownership and operate like founders.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a pipeline of functional medicine clinics, wellness centers, and integrative healthcare providers
- Drive outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Clearly articulate Immortigen’s vision, product, and long-term impact
- Build strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and decision-makers
- Convert leads into active partnerships and onboard clinics
- Work closely with product, science, and operations teams
- Track and optimise conversion metrics and outreach performance
- Gather deep insights from clinics to improve product-market fit
What We’re Looking For- Top-tier background (IITs, IIMs, top medical/life sciences colleges, or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication & storytelling ability
- Strong ability to build trust with healthcare professionals
- High ownership mindset with bias for action
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong follow-up and execution discipline
Must-Have Mindset- Strong belief in our vision of making aging optional
- Genuine enthusiasm for longevity, healthtech, or human biology
- Ability to think long-term while executing fast

Role Details- Type: 6-month contract (high probability of full-time conversion)
- Location: Hybrid
