Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Assistant with experience in staffing. The selected candidate will work closely with the business development team to identify new opportunities, carry out market research, build and maintain client relationships, and support business expansion efforts. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market data, assisting with proposals, and ensuring high-quality customer service to existing and prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
- Proficiency in Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
- Experience in Market Research and understanding industry trends
- Ability to collaborate with team members and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Knowledge or prior experience in IT staffing is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
