Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Assistant specializing in HR Services. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, assisting in client acquisition strategies, supporting customer service initiatives, and collaborating with team members to develop and communicate business development plans. Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to establish and maintain client relationships
- Analytical Skills and Market Research experience for identifying trends and supporting strategy development
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with effective time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in business development, HR services, or a related field is an advantage
