Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Bengaluru. The associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, pitching services to potential clients, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. The role also entails preparing business proposals and contributing to the overall business development strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Sales, negotiation, and business strategy skills including the ability to close deals effectively
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and a good understanding of technology-related domains is a plus
- Relevant experience in business development or sales roles; experience in the education or e-learning industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
