Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Business Development and Strategy Manager. The role involves strategizing and executing business growth initiatives, analyzing market trends, identifying partnership opportunities, and driving organizational success. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify new growth avenues, forge strategic alliances, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
Job Purpose -
Support along with the HoD, the business development efforts in the market and internal strategic initiatives, research & analytics for aiding in organizational growth.
· Support releasing information, handling inquiries and meetings, providing feedback to management, and crisis management.
Job Responsibilities-
Strategic Initiatives:
· Supporting in product ideation phase to pitching in solutions such as incorporation of new programs and product lines.
· Data Mining, Evaluate financial business performances report such as business progression and speciality wise clinical and business performance analysis.
· Assisting other various function such as clinical and business operations in framework creation, and analytics such as defining KPIs to measure business performance, designing data dictionary, data flow.
Business Development:
· Business Development for entering new markets across India for Oncology and Pathology.
· Assisting in deal cycle, right from search of potential targets in the desired geographies to Post Merger Integration.
· Target location Assessment (market & competitive), preparing business projections and financial Model, convincing the internal management and target, and assisting in negotiations.
· Support integration initiatives for acquisitions and new projects along with functions
· Coordination with various functions such as clinical operations, projects, IT, Supply Chain, Branding, Sales etc. for smooth Post Merger Integration.
· Prepare, update and maintain critical database of the Group Viz. Periodic Investor Collaterals (Press Releases, Investor Decks, Annual Reports, etc), Factsheets etc · Engage with key external stakeholders viz. Investors, Brokerage houses, Rating agencies and work with them proactively to address and address all strategic, business and financial queries
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Penetration
- Strong skills in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis
- Min 4 Years Experience in Stakeholder Management, Relationship Building, and Negotiations
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling, Revenue Forecasting, and P&L Analysis
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Capability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- 2 Years Healthcare industry experience is Mandatory
