We collaborate closely with brands across product development, sampling, and production, enabling faster and more efficient go-to-market cycles.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development & Strategy Intern with a strong interest in footwear to support growth initiatives across research, lead generation, and client engagement.
This is a hands-on role, working directly with the founder, with exposure to both the commercial and product side of the footwear industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify footwear brands (primarily UK and European markets)
- Build and manage lead pipelines across LinkedIn and other platforms
- Support outbound efforts including messaging and initial outreach
- Assist in market research, product positioning, and competitor analysis
- Contribute to business strategy discussions
- Support client communication and coordination
Who Should Apply
- Students or graduates from footwear-focused institutes such as FDDI or similar
- Strong interest in footwear design, manufacturing, or the business of fashion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive and comfortable working in an early-stage environment
- Good research and analytical ability
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of work
