We’re Hiring | Business Development & Sales Professional
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and client-focused professional who can drive business growth, build strong relationships, and confidently handle client discussions from requirement gathering to deal closure.
This role is not just about sales — we need someone who can understand client pain points, contribute to solutioning conversations, curate proposals, and present solutions effectively.
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle
• Confidence in handling client discussions and requirement analysis
• Experience in B2B/client-facing roles preferred
• CRM experience is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel across Kolkata, Odisha, Jharkhand, and West Bengal
