Hiring: Business Development & Sales Outreach Intern

Aerion Medtech is looking for a proactive, high-energy Intern to join our team virtually. This is a hands-on role designed to give you real-world exposure to how a Medtech startup scales, acquires customers, and navigates the healthcare market.
Job Role and Responsibilities
As an Intern, you will be an integral part of our growth engine. Your core focus will be;
- Market Mapping & Research: Conduct competitive analysis and identify potential territory expansions.
- B2B Outreach: Assist in lead generation and initial outreach to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Sales Operations: Help refine sales funnels, update CRM systems, and coordinate customer touchpoints.
- Partnership Development: Support the team in building and maintaining strong professional relationships within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in territory planning and market segmentation exercises.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for curious, self-driven individuals pursuing degrees in:
- Business: BBA / MBA (Marketing or Sales)
- Science/Tech: Pharmacy, BSc/MSc, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
