Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven students to join XBattery as Business Development & Sales Interns. This role is ideal for candidates interested in sales, business growth, client communication, and the EV/battery technology industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
• Support lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and market research
• Assist in identifying potential customers, partners, and business opportunities
• Support client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand product offerings and customer requirements
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and business documents
• Participate in client meetings, product discussions, and follow-up activities
• Maintain sales trackers, customer databases, and CRM records
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research within the EV and battery ecosystem
Eligibility / Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/B. E (EEE preferred), MBA, or related degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, business development, and EV/battery technology
• Basic understanding of batteries, BMS, or power electronics is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
Internship to Full-Time Opportunity
• Full-Time Employment (FTE) opportunity based on internship performance
• Post-conversion CTC range: 4–6 LPA
