Job Title: Business Development & Sales Intern

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support our sales team in lead generation, outreach, and initial qualification. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to B2B sales, client communication, and market research in the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads and target companies
- Build and maintain lead lists using LinkedIn, databases, and online tools
- Assist in outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Schedule discovery calls for the sales team
- Maintain CRM or tracking sheets with updated lead status
- Support proposal preparation and follow-ups
- Conduct basic competitor and market research
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of technology or software services (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to research and organize information efficiently
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Qualification

3. Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT sector and B2B sales is a plus.
4. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a drive to learn, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to contribute to business growth initiatives.
