🚀 Business Development & Sales Intern (Hustlers Only)
📍 Ahmedabad | Field + Office | Full-time
⏳ Duration: 6 Months
💰 Earn up to ₹24,000/month
About the RoleThis is not a desk internship.
This role is for someone who enjoys selling, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
You will work directly with the founders to expand non-store revenue channels for DosBros, building partnerships and driving sales through corporate, catering, and event ecosystems.
Your mission is simple: upsell the hell out of DosBros and grow revenue.

What You’ll Work OnYour focus will be on building new revenue channels beyond walk-in customers.
1️⃣ White Label Catering
- Identify opportunities to supply Mexican food under white-label catering arrangements
- Partner with event planners, caterers, and corporate vendors
- Structure repeat catering relationships
2️⃣ Corporate Lunch Programs
- Pitch and secure corporate lunch supply contracts
- Target offices, tech parks, startups, and business centers
- Build recurring weekly or monthly meal programs
3️⃣ Corporate Events at DosBros Outlets
- Sell corporate team lunches, celebrations, and offsites hosted at our outlets
- Work with companies to organize group dining experiences
4️⃣ Event & Festival Partnerships
- Tie up with large events, exhibitions, festivals, and college fests
- Execute packaged catering and food partnerships
5️⃣ Enterprise Partnerships
- Explore partnerships with large organizations and institutions
- Examples include airlines, large enterprises, campuses, and institutional clients requiring meal supply solutions
6. Additional CTA’s / Deliverables
● Audit & improve Swiggy/Zomato performance (listings, ratings, reviews, competitors)
● Drive store-level execution & business development
● Plan & execute events, samplings, collaborations & activations
● Collect market insights, support campaigns, and ensure post-execution reporting
● Support growth, marketing, sales & customer engagement initiatives
What Success Looks LikeThis is a sales-driven role.
Your performance will be evaluated based on revenue generated and deals closed.
Milestones are simple:
More partnerships. More catering deals. More sales.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
- Freshers welcome
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tracking
Stipend- ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 / month (fixed)
- Performance-linked incentives based on sales milestones
- ₹1,000 – ₹10,000 / month (performance-linked incentives)
Work Hours● Weekday Hours: 11 am to 8 pm [1 hour break embedded]
● Weekend Hours: Saturdays (1 pm to 5 pm Or 5 pm to 9 pm, subject to change) [30 min break embedded]
