About the Role — Business Development & Sales (Enterprise)
- We are looking for Business Development and Sales Executives who can combine business strategy, sales execution, and client problem-solving.
- You will work closely with founders, clients, and internal teams to understand challenges, design solutions, and drive revenue across technology services and AI products.
- This role provides exposure to B2B environments across SaaS, HRTech, EdTech, and technology services, contributing to client acquisition, deal closures, and go-to-market execution.
- High performers may get opportunities to represent the company at international events and enterprise meetings across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business, hiring, or technology challenges and propose solutions
- Translate requirements into structured solution approaches
- Manage and support sales pipelines from discovery to closure
- Build proposals, pricing strategies, and business cases.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and delivery teams
- Contribute to revenue generation across domestic and global markets
Who This Role Is For
