What You’ll Do
1. Brand & Agency Outreach
- Reach out to 30–50 relevant brands and agencies daily via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Personalize communication based on brand context, campaigns, and recent activity
- Book 5–10 qualified meetings per week for the partnerships team
- Maintain consistent and structured follow-ups across all conversations
2. Lead Generation & CRM Management
- Add 50–100 high-quality leads weekly to the CRM
- Ensure every lead includes accurate and relevant details (name, role, company, contact info, context)
- Keep CRM updated with conversation status, notes, and next steps at all times
3. Market & Category Research
- Identify brands actively investing in digital and video marketing
- Track new campaigns, product launches, and partnership opportunities
- Build 1 in-depth category report per week (e.g., FMCG, edtech, petcare, kids brands) with key players and insights
4. Insights & Strategic Input
- Share 3–5 actionable insights weekly on brand activity, competitors, and emerging trends
- Identify high-potential brands and craft outreach hooks based on real-time signals
5. Follow-ups & Pipeline Support
- Ensure timely follow-ups across all outreach threads
- Support the team in converting conversations from first touchpoint to scheduled meetings
- Proactively flag warm leads and high-intent opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- High ownership and consistency in execution
- Curiosity about brands, marketing, and digital content
- Ability to spot patterns, trends, and opportunities
