We are looking for a Business Development & Operations Executive who can work closely with the founder across our growing business verticals.
Our current focus areas include:
Marut Foods: FMCG, makhana, flavoured makhana, Indian snacks, product development, sourcing, and food exports.
Food Exports: international buyer research, importer/distributor outreach, supplier coordination, sample coordination, export lead tracking, and global market development.
Orvex: B2B lighting, dealers, contractors, projects, and business-to-business sales.
This role is for someone who can research, communicate, follow up, organise, coordinate, and execute.
You may be researching international buyers, preparing export lead sheets, speaking with vendors, coordinating samples, following up with suppliers, supporting buyer outreach, helping with packaging coordination, or supporting B2B sales opportunities.

Skills & Requirements:
• Strong communication and public/customer relations skills
• Confidence in speaking with vendors, suppliers, customers, dealers, and business contacts
• Ability to understand new products, markets, and business situations quickly
• Comfort with emails, calls, meetings, follow-ups, and coordination
• Ability to research international buyers, importers, distributors, markets, competitors, vendors, and opportunities using Google, LinkedIn, B2B platforms, and online directories
• Ability to create and maintain buyer lists, supplier lists, lead trackers, follow-up sheets, comparison sheets, and basic reports
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to organise information clearly and follow up without being reminded repeatedly
• Good command over English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Basic business understanding and willingness to learn fast
Qualifications:
• Graduate in Business, Commerce, Marketing, International Business, Management, or any related field
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
• Prior exposure to sales, business development, customer relations, exports, FMCG, vendor coordination, or operations will be a plus
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn are more important than a specific degree
