🚀 Business Development & Marketing Intern
📍 Ahmedabad | Field + Office | Full-time
💰 Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000/month (Fixed) + ₹1,000 – ₹10,000 Performance Incentives
⏳ Duration: 6 Months
About the Role
This is not a desk internship. This role is for someone who enjoys selling, pitching, negotiating, marketing, and closing deals. You will work directly with the founders to expand non-store revenue channels for DosBros while also supporting growth through marketing initiatives, brand collaborations, and online optimization.
Your mission is simple: grow revenue, build partnerships, increase brand visibility, and upsell the hell out of DosBros.
If you enjoy meeting people, pitching ideas, managing campaigns, chasing leads, and closing deals, you will thrive here. If you're looking for a comfortable internship with predefined tasks, this role is not for you.
What You'll Work On
Your focus will be on building new revenue channels beyond walk-in customers while supporting marketing and brand growth initiatives.
1. Marketing, Campaigns & Brand Collaborations
- Manage social media campaigns and promotional activities
- Support online optimization across platforms like Swiggy & Zomato
- Coordinate influencer marketing and brand collaborations
- Execute samplings, activations, partnerships, and customer engagement campaigns
- Support local store marketing and visibility initiatives
2. White Label Catering
- Identify opportunities to supply Mexican food under white-label catering arrangements
- Partner with event planners, caterers, and corporate vendors
- Structure repeat catering relationships
3. Corporate Lunch Programs
- Pitch and secure corporate lunch supply contracts
- Target offices, tech parks, startups, and business centers
- Build recurring weekly or monthly meal programs
4. Corporate Events at DosBros Outlets
- Sell corporate team lunches, celebrations, and offsites hosted at our outlets
- Work with companies to organize group dining experiences
5. Event & Festival Partnerships
- Tie up with large events, exhibitions, festivals, and college fests
- Execute packaged catering and food partnerships
6. Enterprise Partnerships
- Explore partnerships with large organizations and institutions
- Examples: airlines, enterprises, campuses, and institutional meal supply clients
7. Additional Responsibilities
- Audit & improve Swiggy/Zomato performance (listings, ratings, reviews, competitors)
- Drive store-level execution & business development
- Collect market insights and competitor analysis
- Support sales, growth, and customer engagement initiatives
- Maintain reporting, lead tracking, and CRM updates

This is a performance-driven role. Your success will be evaluated based on:
- Revenue generated
- Partnerships closed
- Catering deals secured
- Marketing campaign execution & impact
- Growth in customer engagement and visibility

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
- Freshers welcome
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tracking
- Basic understanding of social media & digital marketing is a plus
Work Hours
Monday to Friday -11:00 AM – 8:00 PM(1-hour break embedded)
Saturdays-1:00 PM – 5:00 PM OR 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM(subject to change)
(30-minute break embedded )
