Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development and HR Intern, located in Jatani with some remote work flexibility. The intern will support business development efforts, including lead generation and market research, while also assisting with human resources functions such as recruitment and onboarding. Additional responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, maintaining positive customer relationships, and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making.

- Strong Analytical Skills to gather and interpret data for informed decisions
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Lead Generation and Market Research abilities for identifying potential business opportunities and trends
- Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clientele
- Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Prior experience or interest in business development or human resources is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new tools
