Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development and Client Acquisition Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in India. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing client acquisition strategies, nurturing client relationships, and analyzing market trends. The role requires collaborating with internal teams to formulate effective plans to meet growth objectives, conducting presentations or pitches, and delivering exceptional customer experience throughout the acquisition process.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Client Acquisition
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategies for market penetration and revenue growth
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and account management
- Experience in delivering impactful presentations and managing client engagements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Professional demeanor, adaptability, and a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with the local market is an advantage
Shift timings 3 am to 12 pm ( Australian Shifts)
