SwarmLens is building an Agentic AI platform that transforms how energy, construction, and industrial operations are managed and de-risked. We’re looking for a sharp, result - driven Consultant/Advisor to help close deals and scale our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Qualified Demand Generation: Advise on, design, and periodically support execution of a system that consistently generates 10–15 qualified discovery calls per month with senior stakeholders (e.g., CTO, VP Operations, Head of Risk), including refinement of ICP, outreach strategy, and messaging.
- Pilot & Revenue Pipeline: Help shape and review the end-to-end process for moving opportunities from first meeting to “Active Pilot” status, with an advisory target of 3–5 new pilots launched per quarter, and provide regular input on deal strategy, qualification, and next steps.
- Strategic Outreach & Positioning: Guide the creation of hyper-personalized outreach campaigns and narratives that speak to concrete operational pain points (downtime, safety, cost overrun, NPT, compliance risk, etc.), and iterate on positioning based on feedback from the field.
Who You Are
- Outcome-Oriented: You are comfortable in an advisory capacity being measured against clear commercial KPIs - specifically, the quality of the pipeline, the number of qualified demos influenced, and the number of pilots launched using the strategy and playbooks you help design.
Compensation - Combination of Retainer and Success Fee
