Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Academic Counsellor role located in Bengaluru. The Academic Counsellor will assist students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. Daily tasks include providing guidance on course selection, conducting counseling sessions, offering career advice, and addressing student inquiries. The role requires active communication with students and parents to support academic and professional plans, ensuring a positive impact on students' educational journeys.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Effective Communication skills and ability to interact with students and parents professionally
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education-related guidance
• Ability to build trust and rapport with students, supporting their academic and career goals
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience in academic counseling or a related role is preferred
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
