Business Development – IT Staffing / Talent Solutions (Inside Sales)

Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach
- Build relationships with staffing firms and direct clients
- Schedule meetings and drive client conversations independently
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for requirement understanding and delivery
- Manage end-to-end business development activities
Required Skills
- Strong communication and verbal skills
- Excellent cold calling and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Good email drafting and client communication skills
- Understanding of end-to-end business cycle
- IT services/business development experience is required
- Staffing industry experience is an added advantage
Preferred
- Exposure to IT Staffing / Talent Solutions
- Experience working with US clients
- Understanding of Contract, C2H, RPO, or Offshore staffing models
