Role Description
🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development – B2B Staffing (Hunting Role)
Are you a go-getter who thrives on building new business from scratch? We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to join our growing B2B team!
🔍 Role Overview:
This is a pure hunting role with a strong focus on new client acquisition. If you enjoy being on the field, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients — this opportunity is for you.
💼 What We’re Looking For:
- 6–8 years of experience in Business Development
- Background in IT Staffing (experience in training/learning solutions is a plus)
- Comfortable with field sales and meeting generation
- Proven track record in new account acquisition & conversions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
🔥 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Schedule and conduct client meetings (in-person/virtual)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements
