🚨HIRING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – API | LATAM & CIS MARKETS for a Leading Pharma Company🌎
Are you a senior Business Development professional with a proven track record in API sales across Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and other LATAM/CIS markets?
We are looking for a high-performing professional who can drive revenue, build strategic customer relationships and accelerate market expansion for an established API manufacturing organisation.
🔹 POSITION: Business Development – API
🔹 EXPERIENCE: 10–12 Years
🔹 CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA
🔹 QUALIFICATION: B.Sc. / B.Pharm / MBA
🔹 LOCATION: Mumbai
🎯 KEY REQUIREMENTS:
✅ 7–10 years of experience in API Business Development across LATAM/CIS markets, particularly Brazil, Argentina and Mexico
✅ Proven responsibility for revenue generation of ₹10–15 Cr+, including New Business Development
✅ Strong knowledge of General API, Oncology API (small volume) and Sterile API product segments
✅ Understanding of market share, product penetration, competitor positioning and future growth opportunities
✅ Current or prior experience with an API manufacturing organisation
✅ Strong understanding of LATAM markets, including:
• Top 10 customers
• Top- and bottom-selling products
• Regulatory requirements
• Government policy changes
• Market and product growth potential
✅ Proven experience in small-volume API business development will be an added advantage
✅ Strong English communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
✅ Comfortable working in uncertain and unstructured environments, with the ability to develop Plan B / Plan C strategies
✈️ International travel will be an integral part of the role. Candidates should be willing to travel approximately 7–8 times a year and have previously travelled to LATAM countries at least 2–3 times.
📈 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
The role will be responsible for driving significant business growth across LATAM and CIS markets, including:
🔹 Delivering ₹23–25 Cr in sales revenue in FY 2026–27, with a growth trajectory towards ₹30–35 Cr
