Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an MBA graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales and client relationship management, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential customers.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and networking events.
Required Qualifications
- MBA is mandatory (Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related specialization preferred).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and business development strategies.
- Knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
