We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager (EdTech)
Location: Noida
Work Mode: Hybrid

At Daksha SAP Academy, we are scaling our corporate and institutional training business, and looking to onboard a high-impact Business Development Manager who understands how EdTech sales really works.
If you have hands-on experience in onboarding corporate clients, closing B2B & B2C deals, leading sales teams, and consistently hitting targets, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
--> Onboard new corporate clients, institutions, and strategic partners
--> Convert corporate, institutional, and individual leads into paying clients
--> Execute cold calling, follow-ups, meetings, and closures for B2B & B2C clients
--> Understand client training needs and propose suitable EdTech solutions & certifications
--> Guide, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team
--> Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
--> Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams for seamless client onboarding
--> Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts
--> Represent Omnilearn in corporate meetings, demos, and negotiations
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
--> 3–8 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within EdTech
--> Strong exposure to B2B corporate sales and institutional tie-ups
--> Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
--> Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
--> Experience in managing and guiding a sales team
--> Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes
--> MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred)
