We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our IT team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–6 months of experience who are eager to learn client acquisition, online bidding, and sales strategies in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through Upwork
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in IT services
- Assist in bidding on projects and drafting proposals
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT services (Web/Mobile Development, etc.)
- Familiarity with Upwork or freelancing platforms (preferred)
- Strong learning attitude and self-motivation
Eligibility:
- 0–6 months of experience or freshers
- Graduates or Master's (BCA, MCA, B Tech, M Tech, MBA, or related field preferred)
