What You’ll Be Driving:- Lead generation and client acquisition via Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- End-to-end sales cycle management – from prospecting to closure
- Strategic proposal drafting and client communication
- Building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in Upwork bidding and LinkedIn outreach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Self-starter with a growth-oriented mindset
