Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist at our Vasant Vihar center. The role includes welcoming patients, managing calls and inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, assisting with billing, and coordinating with the clinical team. The Receptionist will help ensure smooth clinic operations and provide a warm, professional, and positive experience for every patient.
Requirements
· Strong sales, business development, and client relationship skills.
· Ability to generate leads, follow up, and convert potential clients.
· Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Experience in healthcare marketing, clinic outreach, or service promotion is preferred.
· Comfortable with field visits, community outreach, and building local partnerships.
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets, and MS Office.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
· Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, physiotherapy, or service-based sales is an advantage.
