Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist specializing in real estate to join our team in Bengaluru for a full-time, on-site role. The Business Development Specialist will identify and generate leads, build strong client relationships, conduct market research, and analyze market trends to expand the business. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet strategic goals and deliver exceptional customer service to industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, identifying opportunities in the real estate sector and driving growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficiency in Communication and building client relationships
- Experience with Lead Generation strategies and practices
- Expertise in Market Research and understanding of real estate trends
- Strong Customer Service orientation and ability to address client needs effectively
- Proactive and goal-driven mindset with a high level of self-motivation
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly land intelligence and geospatial mapping, is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
