Role Description The Business Development Manager will work full time on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, focusing on generating new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with McCord Media’s digital and print solutions, tracking sales performance, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The Business Development Manager will be expected to meet revenue targets, provide regular pipeline updates, and support strategic initiatives to grow the company’s presence in key markets. This position is intended for an immediate joiner.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closing.
- Experience in client relationship management and account growth within advertising, media, or related industries.
- Ability to understand and articulate digital and print advertising solutions, with a focus on value-based selling.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales reporting to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines and targets.
- Immediate availability to join and authorization to work in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
