Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Rajasthan, India. The individual will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong and lasting professional relationships. The role also involves developing strategies for business growth, collaborating with internal teams, conducting market research to identify trends, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to secure opportunities and build sustainable partnerships
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
- Strong Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to think strategically and drive Business initiatives for growth
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Experience in sales, business development, or related fields is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the skill development or EdTech sector is a plus
