Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Varanasi. In this role, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and developing strategies to generate revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, strategic planning, client outreach, proposal preparation, and sales forecasting. The individual will also work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, market research, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in creating and presenting business proposals, as well as strategic planning abilities
- Experience with sales forecasting, goal-setting, and meeting revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving results in a business development role
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
