Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Gwalior for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining strong working relationships, and creating strategies to meet revenue targets. Key tasks include generating leads, negotiating contracts, presenting pitches, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth. The individual will also work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of goals and overall business strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in lead generation, market research, and identifying target markets
- Experience in customer relationship management and client retention strategies
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and result-oriented decision-making
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies accordingly
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles
- Proficiency in tools like CRM software and basic digital platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience working in technology or innovation-driven initiatives is advantageous
