About the Role
The Senior Design Lead -Commercial Office spaces will anchor design and project delivery across commercial office workplace interior projects with hands-on ownership from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead design development and ensure consistency in design language
- Act as primary client interface and manage alignment
- Own projects end-to-end with timeline and quality control
- Coordinate across teams, consultants, and execution partners
- Mentor junior designers and guide outputs
- Improve workflows and ensure delivery consistency
Qualifications
- 18–22+ years in workplace / Luxury corporate office interiors mandatory experince
- Strong experience across design and execution
- Independent client handling capability
- Hands-on approach with strong professional maturity
