Job Title: Business Devlopment Officer
Location: Uttar Pradesh Districts
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Sales/Business Development within Animal Feed, Pharma, or Dairy Sector
Role Type: Full-time
Key Responsiblities:
Sales Generation:
Identify, qualify, and convert B2B/B2C sales leads within the dairy farming community.
Digital Platform Promotion:
Actively promote and demonstrate the Your Farm app to farmers for animal disease diagnosis and nutritional counselling.
Field Activities:
Conduct product demonstrations, field trials, and farmer training sessions to increase technology adoption.
Market Growth:
Develop and expand the customer base for ethnoveterinary products and animal nutrition solutions.
Reporting:
Track performance metrics and report on key sales data to the management team.
Required Skill and Qualification:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, or Agriculture / Diploma in Veterinary Pharmacy & Livestock Extension.
Expertise:
Strong understanding of veterinary practices, animal nutrition, and rural market dynamics.
Communication:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with rural stakeholders.
Mobility:
High willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Preferred Experience
- Direct sales experience in the Animal Feed / Pharma or Dairy sector.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
