Responsibilities :
• Ensure all departments submit their required data and reports on time every day.
• Collect and analyse sales data and identify gaps, trends and areas for improvement.
• Monitor Accounts, collections, outstanding payments and expenses.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team and ensure financial data is updated regularly.
• Track production planning, production output and raw-material consumption.
• Monitor inventory and stock reconciliation.
• Compare physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies.
• Track distributor and retailer sales performance.
• Monitor salesman performance and daily reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation for purchases, sales, production and expenses.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Identify delays, mistakes and discrepancies between departments and ensure corrective action.
• Follow up with team members and make sure assigned tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Create systems and processes so that management does not have to chase people for information.
The Person We Need
• Very strong with numbers and data.
• Excellent at Excel/MIS reporting.
• Highly organized and disciplined.
• Good at coordinating multiple departments.
• Strong in follow-up and accountability.
• Capable of analyzing data rather than simply collecting it.
• Comfortable questioning discrepancies and asking for explanations.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution or a similar business is preferred.
