About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support strategic and operational decision-making across our Furniture, Carpet, and Tea divisions. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and support growth initiatives across multiple business verticals.
The position will involve financial analysis, production planning and efficiency optimization, working capital monitoring, marketplace performance evaluation (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.), new market entry assessment, and business intelligence reporting.
Compensation: 12 -13 LPA
Reporting to: Group CFO and Analytics Manager
Requirements:
- Prepare and reconcile Profit & Loss statements while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Design and implement automated reporting solutions from SAP to reduce material wastage, improve production efficiency, and enhance visibility into operational metrics.
- Monitor working capital performance by analyzing inventory turnover, aging reports, and raw material gaps against open orders.
- Assist in evaluating marketplace performance, advertising effectiveness, and channel-wise profitability.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations for business expansion and process improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders across divisions to align analytics insights with operational and strategic goals.
Technical Skills:
- Strong Excel + SQL + Power BI
- Basic understanding of APIs and database
- Basic understanding of AI agents
- SAP ERP will be an added advantage
- Strong financial statements understanding
- Ability to independently drive analytics projects
