Role Description This full-time Business Data Analyst role is a hybrid position based in India, with flexibility for some work from home. The Business Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze operational, financial, and technical data. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, the analyst will build dashboards, reports, and data models that reveal process bottlenecks, efficiency opportunities. The role involves translating business questions into analytical requirements, validating data quality, and preparing concise insights for decision-makers. The Business Data Analyst will also contribute to continuous improvement by monitoring implemented systems, identifying trends, and recommending data-driven enhancements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and solid experience in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess a foundation in Statistics to support rigorous analysis and interpretation of results.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design and maintain structures that support reporting and business workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and at least one analytics or BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is highly beneficial.
- Experience working with large datasets(pharma preferred), data validation, and performance tracking in a business environment is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is important.
