Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Counselor at our Lucknow location. The Business Counselor will work directly with students and prospective learners to provide personalized consulting and guidance for their educational and career goals. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, offering tailored programming and AI course recommendations, and contributing to strategic initiatives for student success. The role also involves assisting students with financial planning for their education and supporting enrollment processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess and interpret client needs effectively
- Experience in Consulting, with an emphasis on Management Consulting or client advisory roles
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in simple, accessible terms
- Knowledge of Finance principles to guide students in educational financial planning
- Proven ability to develop rapport and build trust with clients or students
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Experience in the education or career counseling industry is an advantage
