𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
✅ Manage the complete RFQ-to-Order lifecycle.
✅ Review RFQs and prepare accurate commercial quotations.
✅ Coordinate with Sales, Product Managers, Customers, and Manufacturers (MFRs)/Principals.
✅ Ensure compliance with pricing policies, commercial terms, and approval processes.
✅ Drive quotation-to-order conversion through proactive follow-ups.
✅ Coordinate Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, supplier orders, and customer deliveries.
✅ Generate MIS, POS reports, and business performance reports.
✅ Maintain ERP/CRM data accuracy and contribute to continuous process improvements.
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or Business Administration.
✔ 1–5 years of relevant experience (Freshers with relevant education or internship experience are also welcome).
✔ Knowledge of Commercial Operations, Sales Support, Product Support, Order Management, or the Electronics/Semiconductor industry is an advantage.
✔ Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and commercial understanding.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, CRM applications, and Outlook.
✔ Fluent in English and Hindi.
✔ A self-driven, detail-oriented professional with excellent ownership and customer focus.
