Business Controller & Finance Operations Lead
Location: Bhopal, MP · Full-Time · 3–8 Years
About IZI
IZI is a fast-growing consumer electronics and technology brand headquartered in Bhopal. We operate across multiple channels — E-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart), D2C, offline distribution, and government/tender business — and are building the internal infrastructure to match our commercial ambition. This role sits at the centre of that build — a senior finance hire who owns the business numbers and drives decisions, not just documents them.
Role in One Line
Own the numbers that run the business — build MIS that drives action, control revenue and spend across
channels, manage working capital, and be the finance voice that holds the business accountable.
What You Will Own
- MIS, Business Intelligence & Cross-Functional Control
- Revenue & Commercial Control
- Spend & Marketing Financial Control
- Working Capital, Cash Flow & Debt Capital
- Procurement Financial Oversight
- Reconciliations, Controls & Disputes
You Should Apply If
• You have 3–8 years in operational or business finance — not just accounting or compliance
• You have owned MIS and P&L reporting independently and used it to drive business decisions, not just
produce decks
• You understand channel economics — e-commerce, distribution, or consumer goods background
• You are comfortable pushing back on business teams when numbers don't add up — finance here means
accountability, not support
• Your hands-on: you build the model, run the review, and follow up on the action
Non-Negotiables
• Advanced Excel — you will build and own MIS yourself, from scratch if needed
• Strong grasp of CM1/CM2, CAC/LTV, working capital metrics, and channel P&L
• Demonstrated ability to use financial data to drive cross-functional decisions — not just report
• On-site in Bhopal, full-time
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in business or operational finance
