We are currently seeking a Business Consulting - Technical Analyst to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).
Role Overview
We are looking for a
Technical Analyst with strong expertise in
Actimize SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring) and hands-on experience in configuring models using
Actimize Modeler and
Actimize Designer. The ideal candidate will have at least
5 years of experience in Actimize development and deployment, with exposure to
cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred). This role involves building, customizing, and deploying financial crime detection solutions that meet compliance and regulatory requirements across EU markets.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, and configure Actimize SAM models using Actimize Modeler and Designer.
- Implement custom rules, workflows, and case management features.
- Optimize model performance and accuracy for AML and fraud detection.
- Cloud Deployment
- Deploy Actimize solutions to cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP).
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate Actimize into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, and compliance stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Act as SME for Actimize SAM implementations across EU regions.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure solutions meet EU regulatory and compliance standards.
- Support audits, documentation, and production issue resolution.
📌 Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as an Actimize Developer with SAM module expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience with Actimize Modeler and Actimize Designer.
- Proven track record of configuring and customizing Actimize models.
- Experience deploying Actimize solutions to cloud infrastructure (GCP ideal).
- Solid understanding of AML, fraud detection, and compliance workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multinational EU teams.
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other Actimize modules (e.g., RCM, WLF).
- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of financial services domain (banking, payments, capital markets).
- Certifications in AML/KYC or Actimize platform preferred.
