Role Description
This internship role as a Business Consultant Intern is an on-site position based in Pune City. The intern will assist in business analysis, support strategy development and implementation, and contribute to evaluating operational challenges. Responsibilities include conducting research, preparing reports, participating in brainstorming sessions, and assisting in implementing growth initiatives based on the CGCA Business Coaching Model. Collaboration with clients and internal teams will be key to ensuring project success and meeting organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to address business challenges and contribute to strategic decisions
- Strong research, data collection, and reporting skills for analyzing business operations and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within teams and with clients
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business analysis tools
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn, with a strong interest in business consulting and process improvement
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with business coaching models, such as CGCA, and prior internship experience is a plus
