Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Consultant, based in Chennai. The Business Consultant will be responsible for delivering strategic advice to improve organizational performance, conducting robust analyses, and developing actionable solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include evaluating financial data, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with key stakeholders, and mentoring teams to implement impactful business strategies. The role also entails formulating strategic plans and supporting management in decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and making evidence-based recommendations
- Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting methodologies
- Effective Communication skills to clearly convey insights, ideas, and recommendations
- Knowledge in Finance for understanding budgets, financial data, and economic strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with executives, teams, and diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in business or management consultancy is an advantage
