Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Consultant based in Chennai. The Business Consultant will work closely with organizational leaders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Responsibilities include performing in-depth business analysis, developing and implementing strategic plans, providing management consulting services, and contributing to the financial health of the organization. Effective communication with stakeholders to address challenges and propose actionable solutions will also be a key focus of this role.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Finance concepts and practices
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies is a plus
- Familiarity with youth-focused organizations or social impact initiatives is desirable
