Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Consultant at STBG Homes. The Business Consultant will be responsible for providing comprehensive consulting services, analyzing market trends, and delivering customized real estate solutions to clients. Daily responsibilities include strategizing based on market data, facilitating client decision-making processes, providing financial insights, and managing relationships with stakeholders. The role requires collaboration across departments to drive business outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leads Follow-up:
Call and engage with leads from provided data
Filter prospect leads and follow up to convert them into site visits
Coordinate and conduct project-specific site visits
2. Client Consultation & Sales:
Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
Make successful site visits and drive sales conversions
Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
3. Reporting & Performance:_
Report to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities
Achieve sales closure targets and earn performance-based incentives
Requirements:
1. Experience: 0-5 years in CP Real Estate or other sales (B2C)
2. Skills:
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Must
Strong sales and negotiation skills must
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
3. Other:
2-wheeler with a valid driving license - mandatory
Willingness to travel frequently not mandatory
It's not Field job. It's office job.
Only on weekends will be at Marketing AC office.
